Refund policy

Unfortunately pretty vibes society does not offer refunds. Exchanges are also not permitted due to COVID-19. However returns are acceptable if the product was received faulty. 

If my order is lost can I get a refund?

once parcels have been passed on to the delivery company all responsibilities are within the delivery service it is important that you contact them directly for more information on your missing parcel

Do you have a processing time?

The processing time is 24-72hrs for all orders. Delivery time only applies from when the order has been processed not from when the order has been placed. all orders are shipped tracked and you will be notified when your items have been dispatched. 

How long is delivery time?

UK standard shipping time is 1-3 working days and 5-10 for international. Signature is required at the time of delivery.
